This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms regarding payment options, order cancellations, and subscription management for all products and services sold by Kajun Loaded Teas ("we," "us," or "our") through our website www.kajunloadedtea.com ("Site"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment at checkout:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)

  • Shop Pay, PayPal (if offered during checkout)

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Kajun Loaded Teas does not store your full payment information.


2. Order Finalization

Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it is considered final. Orders are immediately sent to fulfillment and cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins.

We do not guarantee order changes or cancellations after the order is placed. Please verify your order details (product, shipping address, payment method) carefully before completing checkout.


3. Cancellation Eligibility

One-time Purchases:

  • Orders may only be canceled if requested within 1 hour of placement and only if fulfillment has not yet begun.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at service@kajunloadedtea.com with your order number and “CANCEL REQUEST” in the subject line.

  • If we confirm the cancellation before shipment, a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, the order will ship as originally placed.

Subscription Orders (if applicable):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal or by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

  • If a subscription order has already processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


4. Refunds on Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations for unshipped orders will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.

Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and may not be canceled.


5. Failed or Unauthorized Transactions

Kajun Loaded Teas reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order flagged as fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of our Terms of Service. If a charge is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel delivery until payment is successfully completed.


6. Policy Modifications

Kajun Loaded Teas reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
