At Kajun Loaded Teas, we’re all about keeping it flavorful and fuss-free. While we hope you love every sip, we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here's how we handle returns:
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are consumables, all sales are final — we cannot accept returns or exchanges on tea packets, flavor powders, or consumable bundles.
BUT if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or just plain wrong, we’ll make it right. Pinky promise.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrived with issues, please email us at service@kajunloadedtea.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

A clear photo of the item(s) in question

A quick note telling us what went wrong
We'll send out a replacement or issue store credit if it was our bad.
🕒 Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) are processed back to your original payment method. Once issued, please allow 5–10 business days for the bank magic to happen.

This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through the website operated by Kajun Loaded Teas (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.kajunloadedtea.com (the “Site”). By placing an order on our Site, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products as ingestible consumables, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including (but not limited to):

Change of mind

Flavor dissatisfaction

Incompatibility with dietary preferences

Delayed shipping (unless the product is materially defective upon arrival)
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund under the following circumstances, at our sole discretion:

The product was delivered damaged or unusable

The wrong item(s) were sent
To be eligible for resolution, you must notify us via email at service@kajunloadedtea.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Your request must include:

Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging
Failure to notify us within the 7-day window will result in forfeiture of eligibility for a replacement or refund.
3. Return Authorization
Do not return any product to us without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized return will not be accepted or refunded.
If we request a product return, the item(s) must be:

Unused, unopened, and in original condition

Shipped back within 14 days of authorization

Accompanied by tracking information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary but typically take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to issue store credit in lieu of a refund in certain cases.

6. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims
