📦 Kajun Loaded Teas – Shipping Policy

We’re thrilled you’re sipping with us! Below you’ll find all the juicy details on how and when your tea gets from our hands to yours.
🚚 Order Processing Time 1–3 business days
We aim to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow:
- 1–3 business days for order processing (Monday Through Friday 9-5pm)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

Here’s how our processing works:
Once you place your order, we print the shipping label and pass it along to our packing team. They pull your items, bag them up, and stack everything in our outgoing area. From there, delivery services pick up as many packages as they can handle each day and take them to their distribution centers. At this point it is out of our hands of when they scan them in. We don't have access to postal systems and how they operate.
Please note that processing delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to issues beyond our control.

Shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Free Shipping (US): 5–10 business days (Monday Through Friday)
- Expedited Shipping (US): 3–7 business days (Monday Through Friday)
Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier issues beyond our control.

We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. territories & APO/FPO addresses (some delays may apply)
International shipping coming soon! Stay tuned as we expand our reach.
💵 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery speed, and location.
- Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or with minimum order thresholds.
- We do not cover customs fees or import taxes for U.S. territories or military addresses.
📦 Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

- Include your order number and clear photos if applicable
We’ll work quickly to fix the issue with a replacement or store credit. We want you sipping happy!
✏️ Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you realize there’s an error, email us ASAP — if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to fix it in time.

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Kajun Loaded Teas ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through its website located at www.kajunloadedtea.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to the terms of this Policy, which form an integral part of our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to processing and verification. Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is received, excluding weekends and holidays. In certain circumstances, processing times may be extended due to inventory availability, high volume, or force majeure.
Kajun Loaded Teas reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect product information, or stock unavailability.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days (Monday Through Friday)

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical failures, or carrier errors.
3. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- The 50 United States
- U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (may require additional time)
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with international addresses will be canceled and refunded.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on destination, package weight, and shipping speed. Promotional free shipping offers, if available, are subject to limitations and eligibility requirements as stated on the Site at the time of purchase.
5. Risk of Loss
Title to goods and risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier. Kajun Loaded Teas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.
6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing service@kajunloadedtea.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo documentation where applicable.
At our sole discretion, we may offer:
- A replacement of the affected item(s),
- Store credit, or
- A refund for the item(s) in question.
We reserve the right to request that damaged or incorrect items be returned to us prior to issuing a resolution.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to address errors, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
8. Modifications to Policy
Kajun Loaded Teas reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
