🍹 Kajun Loaded Teas Return Policy

At Kajun Loaded Teas, we’re all about keeping it flavorful and fuss-free. While we hope you love every sip, we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here's how we handle returns:


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are consumables, all sales are final — we cannot accept returns or exchanges on tea packets, flavor powders, or consumable bundles.

BUT if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or just plain wrong, we’ll make it right. Pinky promise.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrived with issues, please email us at service@kajunloadedtea.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) in question

  • A quick note telling us what went wrong

We'll send out a replacement or issue store credit if it was our bad.


🚫 Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used items

  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery

  • Flavor not to your liking (we get it, taste is personal — try a sampler next time!)


🕒 Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are processed back to your original payment method. Once issued, please allow 5–10 business days for the bank magic to happen.
